INSTRUCTORS
David Rubenstein, PhD
Dr. Rubenstein earned a doctorate in Medical Science from California Trinity University (CTU) where he was an Adjunct Professor and Director of Curriculum Design for the PhD program in Pain Management. He is the inventor of a new form of brain-body wellness that eliminates stress, PTSD, and trauma. In addition, it improves sleep, mental clarity and physical performance. His scientific research and nearly two decades of client treatment data provides a wealth knowledge for practitioners of all backgrounds. Dr. Rubenstein has published articles in The Journal of Practical Pain Management and authored numerous articles on Addiction, Chronic Pain, and Stress-Related topics.

Julie Stewart, DC, CHC
For over 20 years, Dr. Julie has been treating patients based on her personal passions of spinal health, health and wellness, fitness, sports & auto injury rehabilitation and prevention. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 1999, she went on to become a Certified Health Coach in 2013. In addition to her chiropractic background, her education includes extensive knowledge of: blood chemistry; brain chemistry; the thyroid; integrative detoxing; and interactions of the nervous and immune system as it relates to exercise, hormones, and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).
