How long has it been since you were totally void of stress? In this workshop, you will find out why you can’t sleep, have no energy and can’t concentrate or find motivation. Once you understand what is happening with your body, you’ll learn how to not only counteract it, but find a way to create and maintain a “new normal” that isn’t detrimental to your health.

He has authored several peer reviewed articles on pain, addiction, health and wellness, and athletic performance.
